March 8-10, 2018
The theme of this year's symposium is Connections Across the Care Continuum. This event will bring together over 300 attendees, including nephrologists, trainees, primary care physicians, internists, renal program administrators, nurses, allied health professionals and others who have an interest in the prevention and management of kidney disease.
The symposium will include plenary sessions, training simulations and workshop streams targeting learning needs identified by front line staff, specialists, primary health care and allied health care professionals. There will be an exciting lineup of speakers and opportunities to network with colleagues from across the province. Topics covered are relevant to all aspects of kidney health from prevention, screening and treatment, to end-of-life care.
This symposium is being hosted by the Kidney Health Strategic Clinical Network, in partnership with the Alberta Branches of the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Alberta Kidney Care and the Southern and Northern Alberta Renal Programs.
